ZitoStroller offers a variety of shipping methods within the United States. The delivery time depends on the shipping option selected at checkout:- Standard Shipping: Delivery within 5-7 business days.
- Expedited Shipping: Delivery within 2-3 business days.
- Overnight Shipping: Delivery by the next business day (for orders placed before 12 PM EST).
Please note that business days exclude weekends and holidays.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and the selected shipping method. The total shipping cost will be displayed before you complete your purchase. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days of being placed, but please note that processing times may vary depending on demand or other factors. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been shipped. -

ZitoStroller currently ships only within the United States. For international shipping inquiries, please contact our customer service team at contact@zitostroller.com to inquire about availability and options. -
Address Accuracy

ZitoStroller is not responsible for delays or errors in delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees to reship the order. -

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. You can use this information to track the progress of your shipment. Shipping Delays

Lost or Damaged Packages

P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses
We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please provide a physical address for delivery. -
